One of my favourite things to do in the whole wide world is making cards with friends! This past Saturday (2 October 2021) was World Card Making Day and I was so lucky to have a few friends over (in person!) to celebrate! Two of attendees have never stamped before – one of them my 82 year old neighbour!

Our morning started with a Mimosa! Mint Macaron, Polished Pink and Floral was definitely theme! I wanted to showcase Stampin Up!’s beautiful variety of floral bundles. I also included different techniques for adding ink to stamps.

My favourite! Using Sponge Daubers to add ink to the stamp gives a softer look to the stamped images.
I used a wide variety of products but it is definitely possible to stick to one bundle and use only the layout for inspiration.

After all this, I think I am ready for some Christmas inspiration! Are you ready or is it too soon?!
