Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms what ever shape or role you come in but especially to my mom (who will be a few hours in heaven now. I love you mom and I was blessed to be your daughter. I created this card earlier this week with my mom in mind and I even got to tell her about it. I was going to send photos through WhatsApp because I couldn’t be with her in person, it would have never reached in the mail. Mom loved Pink and this is the Pinkest card that I have ever made!

I used one of the Polished Pink Ombre Gift Bags for an envelope.
You don’t have to be a watercolour expert, just drop in layers of colour with a fine tip Water Pinter (wait for each layer to dry).

The scallop border is from the Penned Flowers dies (part of the Hand-penned Petals Bundle).
