Hello card making friends!
I was hoping to share this little gift idea sooner but you know how it goes! As a second time around card maker I have definitely become more frugal when I create! I try and get the most out of every piece of card stock, ribbon and stamp set! I have also become more frugal with my time! I try to use my time wisely with every card making opportunity. Whenever I create heat embossed die or punch pieces I always create extra for next time! I had these left over from these cards I created previously as well as small ribbon off cuts that also came in handy!
I created 4 small 3″ x 3″ cards to fit perfectly in the Mini Pizza Boxes (you can also fit in a small treat because they are food safe).
The belly-band was created with one of the sentiment stamps from the Christmas Gleaming stamp set. There is also a punch pack available for this set.
I stamped and punched 4 similar ornaments from the stamp set, folded the ornaments in half and adhered them together (see image above). I love how the Real Red Sheer Ribbon and sequins finishes it all off!
I think any left over pieces of Designer Series Paper and ribbon will work! Just keep it simple!
