Gift giving with the Joy to the World Paper Pumpkin Kit

Hello Stamping friend,

Less than a month until Christmas!!! And just about two weeks before the schools close for the Summer Holiday! That means this mama can make cards to her heart’s content!! I will have to play taxi and I still haven’t sorted gifts to put under our Christmas tree but you know what, that’s OK! We put up our Christmas tree last weekend – I just have to go in search of a ‘tree skirt’ and I think we need a bit of height to show of this beauty!

I kept it simple with Red, Gold and a few clear ornaments. Also the kid’s handmade ornaments always on there.

This past week my focus was on gift giving. I cannot tell you how many batches of Rocky Road I made and consumed before actually working on the packaging this week! Stampin’ Up! makes gift giving so easy and also affordable. I love handing over gifts to teachers, friends and neighbors but let’s face it, most of us do not have a big budget most years and this year even more so! I think (as long as it looks festive and pretty) it is the thought that counts!

These are the Australian ingredients of course but I’m certain you get the idea! (Also lots of nuts included).

It all started with the stunning Joy to the World Paper Pumpkin kit ($37.00, only available while stocks last). The kit includes enough product to create 8 cards as well as 8 lined envelopes. Instead I used most of the card bases to create belly bands and tags to decorate the Mini Pizza Boxes, Clear Tiny Treat Boxes and the Cellophane Bags! Inside my Festive Rocky Road of course!
