A Little Note with the Biggest Thanks

As we are at the start of what is for now just three days with restrictions in Perth, I am thinking of friends in Sydney, Melbourne and all over the world that are worse off than me. I still have so much to be thankful for… I am thinking of you all.

I am so happy that I can still create and take part in another Global Design Project challenge! This week it is a colour challenge!

A beautiful combination for sure! It has been a while since I used Pear Pizzazz and Blackberry Bliss.

I knew from the start that the colours in this challenge had to be in die cut form – I do not have the Pear Pizzazz or Bleckberry Bliss ink pads but I still had the tiny little blossom from this card in the back of my mind…

I love the font pair that was used for the sentiments in the Plentiful Plants stamp set.
I started with a lot more pieces before deciding that sometimes less is more.
Don’t forget the little flower centers and although optional, the Fresh Freesia Circle frame finishes off the die cut circle and the card front.

Hint! I used Multipurpose glue to adhere the smaller blossom to the bigger blossom and also to attach the leaves. Tweezers were my biggest friend during this very delicate process (tweezers and my glasses).

Before I go… the January – June Mini Catalogue ends at the 30th of June 2021 there is still time grab a bargain! And don’t forget to see if there is something for you on the Clearance Rack while you are there!

Look after yourself, your loved ones and your neighbours!
